Work backward from delivery
Confirm the courier’s actual arrangements and your preparation time before announcing a final-order deadline. Separate ready products from made-to-order items. Check the same offer in the advert, landing page and checkout, including the Arabic wording. Assign someone to remove expired messages. When reviewing results, record the stock and promotion changes; a seasonal increase does not by itself prove that a redesign caused the improvement.
Build a readiness schedule
