Follow one personalised order
Try an Arabic name with punctuation and check how it appears in the order record. Does the customer need to approve a proof? Does the choice affect price or preparation time? Set useful limits and explain them before purchase. Plan what happens when spelling is unclear or approval is late. Make product photos show what is genuinely possible, and have the owner approve the relevant correction and return conditions.
Define supported choices
